HBCU/MSI Outreach Initiative

Georgia Tech is strongly dedicated to facilitating research partnerships and interactions with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs).

Through its HBCU/MSI Outreach Initiative, Georgia Tech is identifying research expertise at HBCUs and MSIs throughout the country and involving faculty from these institutions in research and development proposal efforts.

GT’s vision for current and future outreach efforts to HBCUs and MSIs includes:

Building upon previous experience with minority-serving institutions
Establishing new partnerships
Generating additional support for innovative research
