Building and maintaining a strong culture takes dedication. We have developed resources and opportunities in the key places that will foster a culture of collaboration and connection.
Our Workplace Enhancement Working Group leads and promotes the enrichment services and activities that help keep motivation and morale high. They are the eyes and ears at GTRI that stay connected to what our people need to continue pushing forward.
We also have several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are employee-led groups that support colleagues from various backgrounds and foster diversity and inclusion at GTRI. We have ERGs for veterans, women, minorities, millennials, and more.
In their free time, many of our employees relax and connect through one or more of our active Social Groups. These groups give our teams an opportunity to participate in their favorite hobby or learn a new one, including books, rock climbing, automobiles, video games, running, board games, homebrewing and more.
